Each Quality Disappearing Screen System(s) is custom built to exact specifications and installed by factory-trained professionals. We expect your purchase to be one that will last you a lifetime and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) or Motion Screen Motorized Screens, must be professionally installed by a certified Quality Disappearing Screens service technician or dealer/distributor and can not be altered in any way by the end user. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser, whose name appears on the warranty certificate/invoice and is in effect at the location shown on the warranty certificate/invoice. This warranty applies only to residential installations and is non-transferable. The word “defect(s)” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the functionality of the retractable system(s). Implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the terms of this warranty. Quality Disappearing Screens provides the manufacturer's, ClearView Products Southeast, Inc., Limited Lifetime Warranty on all parts and mechanisms on all of its retractable screen system(s) to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty expressly excludes pile, the screen mesh and mesh components, which include rips, tears, separation, fraying, snags in or on screen material, or the detaching of the screen material from the roller tube or pull bar.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, scratching, corrosive atmosphere contaminants, lightning, earthquakes, windstorm, tornadoes, flooding, fire, modification, vandalism, negligence or any other act of God, other causes beyond the control of Quality Disappearing Screens or the installing dealer.

This warranty does not include latching device(s), screws or other fasteners used in the assembly or installation of any Product. This warranty does not cover changes in the powder coated/painted finish, which may take place with the passage of time; in no event shall Quality Disappearing Screens be liable for direct or indirect loss, consequential damage, or any other claims except as provided for in this warranty. Defective components will be replaced free of charge for up to one year from date of installation. After one year a service/installation charge may apply. The warranty will not cover the cost of labor, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses related to the removal, return, or re-installation. This Warranty is Void if:

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ADDITIONALLY, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
